TIER Mobility, now merged with Dott, is seeking a Street Operations Specialist in Rome for a maternity leave coverage. The role involves managing the operational aspects of their micro-mobility service within the city. This includes managing relationships with external suppliers, preparing work orders, coordinating street team supervisors, managing and validating shifts, and analyzing data for vehicle placement planning. The specialist will also provide data to improve team performance, propose solutions for operational effectiveness, conduct one-on-ones with supervisors, and supervise team one-on-ones.
Role Involves:
- Managing relationships with external suppliers
- Preparing work orders and monthly reports
- Coordinating street team supervisors
- Managing and validating shifts
- Analyzing data for vehicle placement
- Providing data for performance improvement
- Proposing solutions for operational effectiveness
- Conducting 1-to-1s with supervisors
- Coordinating and supervising team 1-to-1s
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in resource management
- Advanced skills in Gmail and Office Suite
- B2 level of English proficiency
- Analytical approach
