Principal, Data Strategy, Analytics & AI Practice

Job Description

Putnam, an Inizio Advisory company, is seeking a Principal to join their Data Strategy, Analytics and AI Practice. This role involves advising clients on business strategy through data-driven decision-making, leading project teams, and developing innovative solutions to complex business challenges using data and AI.Responsibilities:

• Independently drive client and business development.
• Identify potential client engagements and qualify leads.
• Write and submit project proposals.
• Develop and deliver capability presentations.
• Build and enhance existing Pharma client relationships.
• Oversee the delivery of DnA/AI projects.
• Manage a global team of data scientists and business analysts.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Life Sciences data analytics and consulting.
• Working knowledge of Pharmaceutical data sets.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
• Experience with healthcare datasets (e.g., Komodo, IQVIA).
• Practical application of AI/ML/NLP use cases in the Life Sciences business.
• Experience with LLMs in Pharma.
• Extensive experience in project work planning and client management.
• History of people and team management.
