OpenTable, a part of Booking Holdings, Inc., is seeking an Account Executive to expand its dining network by bringing new restaurants on board. The Account Executive will use a consultative sales approach to engage with prospective restaurant clients. This role involves a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and utilizes industry-leading technology to improve restaurants’ revenue. The position reports to the District Manager.Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and approaching prospective restaurant customers for product demos.
- Achieving monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
- Building high-level relationships to serve as a trusted advisor.
- Using Salesforce to develop strategic plans and process contracts.
- Adapting to product and technology developments.
- Sharing market needs with Product and Marketing teams.
- Networking and engaging within the hospitality industry.
The company requires:
- Motivation to control earning potential through commission.
- Passion for hospitality and technology.
- Restaurant management or sales experience in food and beverage (preferred).
- Understanding of economic and industry drivers.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce CRM.
- Fluency in English.
- US Visa for travel.
