Power Digital is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Talent Acquisition department. In this role, the individual will be a crucial ambassador for Power Digital, shaping their employer brand through candidate interactions. They will collaborate with Talent, Onboarding, and HR to assist hiring managers in staffing their teams.

The Administrative Assistant will primarily focus on scheduling interviews, managing job postings, and streamlining operations. This individual will ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience that reflects Power Digital's people-first culture. Being organized, communicative, and passionate about positive experiences are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Elevate employer brand and deliver a world-class candidate experience.
  • Expertly manage interview logistics by scheduling and rescheduling interviews.
  • Facilitate the administration and tracking of skills assessments.
  • Collect detailed interview feedback and drive timely follow-ups.
  • Manage the employee referral process.
  • Actively participate and identify opportunities for Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
  • Provide ad hoc support and reporting as requested.
