Middle QA Engineer at Delasport

Delasport, an iGaming software company, is seeking a Middle QA Engineer to join their R&D center in Kyiv. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of web applications and APIs through comprehensive testing and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Here's a breakdown of the role:

• Gathers information and evaluates it for testing.
• Actively participates in Scrum ceremonies.
• Plans testing activities.
• Determines and estimates the testing scope.
• Creates and maintains test cases.
• Reports and escalates bugs.
• Creates and maintains team documentation.
• Tests web applications and APIs.
• Assists the development team.
• Operates CI jobs/pipelines.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams.

Delasport requires candidates to have:

• 2+ years of software testing experience.
• Excellent theoretical knowledge in software testing.
• Experience in testing payment products and gambling.
• Experience in API testing (Postman or similar).
• Experience in analyzing requirements and performing test design.
• Practical experience with testing web-based applications with API integrations.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTTP, XML, JSON, REST).
• Experience with bug tracking systems and bug reports.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of OOP principles.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
