AI Engineer at IANS

IANS is seeking an AI Engineer to lead AI initiatives, focusing on developing and integrating AI/ML solutions. The AI Engineer will design, implement, and maintain AI models, especially Large Language Models (LLMs). This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to pinpoint use cases, offering technical guidance, and ensuring AI solutions are scalable and efficient. Responsibilities encompass AI model development and optimization, creating clean code in Python, and providing AI strategy and guidance. The AI Engineer will also deploy and manage AI models using Azure, implementing MLOps practices, and upholding ethical standards and privacy regulations.Responsibilities:

• Designing, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs and other AI/ML models
• Optimizing models for efficiency, scalability, and performance
• Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python
• Developing and maintaining APIs and integrations
• Providing technical leadership and guidance on AI implementation best practices
• Deploying and managing AI models in production environments using cloud platform (Azure)
• Ensuring AI models align with ethical standards, privacy regulations, and company policies

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with hands-on experience working with LLMs
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI API
• Experience deploying AI models in cloud environments (Azure or AWS)
• Familiarity with MLOps tools for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management
• Knowledge of NLP, deep learning, and generative AI techniques
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as the AI engineering lead
• Excellent communication skills
