Overjet, a world-leader in dental AI, is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Systems Manager. This role involves developing solutions for stakeholders in Sales, Customer Success and Support, Finance, and Marketing. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of Salesforce architecture, operational rigor, and business acumen to meet critical business needs.

The Senior Revenue Operations Systems Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Salesforce and other ancillary systems. They will collaborate with functional leaders, stay updated with industry trends, and proactively implement solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce
  • Ensure ancillary sales, customer success, and support systems are structured to drive business growth
  • Design, implement, and maintain system configurations, including fields, workflows, and integrations
  • Manage UAT, testing, and regular audits of critical systems and processes
  • Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement solutions
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to shape application roadmaps and prioritize evolving business needs
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to optimize processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Systems including Salesforce, Hubspot, Celigo, Gong, CPQ, etc.
  • 5+ years of experience in a VC-backed SaaS startup environment
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is required
  • Experience building out Salesforce CPQ and/or Hubspot experience is preferred
  • Strong project management and process mapping skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Resilient and proactive
