Skylo is seeking a Vice President of Service Operations to lead their service operations team. The role involves managing network operations, customer service, and service delivery. Skylo is a global Non-Terrestrial Network service provider based in Mountain View, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Managing global network operations and ensuring service delivery.
- Leading customer service functions.
- Managing end-to-end service delivery at required service level agreements.
- Defining network monitoring and management strategies.
- Building and mentoring a high-performing operations team.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management, sales).
- Managing the service operations budget.
Requirements:
- Experience running global 24x7 operations.
- Experience building layered organizations.
- Knowledge of cellular 3GPP networks.
- Experience building customer support functions.
- Ability to lead a large team.
- Ticketing systems such as JIRA
