Manager, Payroll Operations - Benelux at Remote

Remote is seeking a Manager of Payroll Operations to join their Global Payroll Operations team. This role involves in planning and implementing the Payroll chapter within Remote.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and mentorship to the payroll team.
• Own the complete payroll function, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing.
• Serve as a point of contact between internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead, unblock, and support the payroll team.
• Stay updated with international payroll laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Manage relationships with payroll, accounting, and service providers.
• Develop and implement best practices, KPIs, and SLA metrics.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in regional/global payroll operations.
• Understanding of global payroll best practices.
• Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries and managing third-party payroll services.
• Passion for managing and mentoring people.
• Proficiency in software tools like SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
