Production Quality Engineer

Job Description

Gotion Inc. is seeking a Production Quality Engineer to ensure the quality of their manufacturing output. The Production Quality Engineer will be based in Manteno, Illinois.This role involves:

• Developing and implementing quality control plans for operators.
• Conducting audits of operator facilities and quality systems.
• Analyzing quality data and identifying trends.
• Working with suppliers to develop and implement corrective actions.
• Maintaining documentation of all quality activities.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Staying up-to-date on industry best practices.

Requirements for this position include:

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a production quality engineering role.
• Experience with conducting supplier audits and developing quality control plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with quality management software (a plus).
