PitchBook is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Program Manager, Industry & Product Training to develop and execute training programs that support organizational goals and employee development. This role involves partnering with the PB Learning team to create impactful learning solutions related to industry and product knowledge.PitchBook is a values-driven company fostering collaboration and delivering an exceptional employee experience.Role Involves:
  • Partnering with Principal Program Manager to define training strategy
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing training projects
  • Tracking and reporting project milestones, risks, and outcomes
  • Creating and managing learning paths and a training calendar
  • Partnering with subject matter experts to design training materials
  • Developing and implementing evaluation methods for training programs
  • Facilitating training sessions, both in-person and virtual
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in curriculum development, business, psychology, or communications
  • 3+ years experience in training & development
  • Strong project management skills
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles
  • Excellent communication skills (training facilitation)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
