Job Description
Arvinas, a biotechnology company, is seeking an Associate Director of Sales Operations Analytics. This role is crucial for leading sales analytics in preparation for the commercial launch of vepdegestrant. The Associate Director will collaborate with commercial and sales leadership, IT, finance, and HR to support sales operations activities. This position reports to the Director of Commercial Analytics.
Role Responsibilities:
- Leading analytics to inform sales force sizing and structure.
- Designing and managing incentive compensation programs.
- Collaborating with field leadership to develop a call planning tool.
- Developing an analytics process and reporting framework for performance and field activity data.
- Supporting sales teams with insightful dashboards and reports.
- Providing actionable insights based on performance trends to commercial leadership.
- Implementing proper guardrails for field reporting compliance.
- Ensuring data quality and consistency by maintaining data governance processes.
- Contributing to the development and refinement of CRM tools.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in the biotech/pharma industry with sales analytics and operations.
- Experience in drug launch.
- Proficiency in manipulating large longitudinal data sources.
- Expertise in targeting, alignment, incentive compensation, and field reporting.
- Strong knowledge of secondary data sources, including syndicated sales and patient-level data.
- Experience with data query/programming languages such as SAS, R, Python, or SQL.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Project management skills.
- Business acumen and strategic vision.
- Creativity and innovation in developing new approaches.
- Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or a quantitative discipline; MBA preferred.
- Experience in Oncology is preferred.
