Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in software product design.
  • At least 2 years of people management experience.
  • Documented examples of leading teams to deliver impactful work.
  • Deep understanding of design principles and customer-centric thinking.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
