Manager, Design at Dialpad

Dialpad is seeking a Design Manager to lead and inspire a team of talented designers. The Design Manager will be responsible for elevating design quality, fostering professional growth, and championing customer-first thinking within the team. The Design Manager will be based in Dialpad's Buenos Aires, Argentina office and will report to the Director of Product Design.

What this role involves:

Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in software product design.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• Documented examples of leading teams to deliver impactful work.
• Deep understanding of design principles and customer-centric thinking.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
