Sumo Logic is seeking a Technical Account Engineer to join their team in Melbourne, Australia. The Technical Account Engineer will be a trusted advisor to customers, helping them understand best practices to maximize Sumo Logic's value and drive customer ROI. He/She will delve deep into the technical nuances of the Sumo Logic platform.
The Technical Account Engineer will have visibility up to the CEO level and engage with the executive team on strategic initiatives. They will support customers across various verticals with specialized needs in information security, DevSecOps, and observability and monitoring.
What the role involves:
- Assisting customers in navigating the complexities of Sumo Logic
- Leading strategic growth through robust relationships with users and executives
- Facilitating training on advanced features and practices
- Developing customized success plans
- Identifying financial and adoption risks
- Collaborating with the account team to formulate and implement growth strategies
- Proactively monitoring customer KPIs
- Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews and monthly health check calls
- Monitoring and reporting on the overall well-being of customers
Requirements:
- Extensive SaaS experience
- Proven track record in a technical role managing multiple customer accounts
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for customer satisfaction and problem-solving
- Demonstrated ability in managing relationships across various levels, from technical practitioners to executives
- Professional and clear communication skills
- Ability to work with uncertainty and proactively seek necessary support
- Demonstrable skills in managing multiple accounts with a keen eye for detail
- Familiarity with Cyber Security frameworks
