Job Description
Tailscale is seeking a collaborative and analytical Product Marketing Manager to join its marketing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to identify customer needs and articulate the value proposition of Tailscale.This role involves:
  • Becoming an expert on users and customers.
  • Collaborating with sales, product, and marketing teams to develop and refine product positioning and messaging.
  • Launching new products or features and managing cross-functional projects.
  • Creating sales collateral and enablement materials.
  • Performing competitive and market analysis.
  • Helping drive meaningful sales pipeline.
Tailscale is looking for someone who has:
  • At least 5+ years of experience in product marketing.
  • A proven track record in marketing, product marketing, sales enablement, product management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing interdependent, complex projects.
  • An analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • The ability to quickly adapt to changing plans and ambiguity.
  • Excellent people skills.
  • A bias toward action, execution, and iteration.
