The ideal candidate will design and implement security measures, mentor junior engineers, and ensure product and infrastructure security. Role involves:

• Leading the design and implementation of advanced application security measures.
• Conducting in-depth threat modelling and risk assessments.
• Performing manual security assessments including code reviews.
• Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for security breaches.
• Developing and enforcing application security policies.
• Mentoring and training junior engineers.
• Collaborating with engineering and product teams.
• Championing security initiatives.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in application security.
• Hands-on experience with security testing tools (SAST, DAST).
• Strong understanding of advanced security concepts.
• Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Proven leadership skills.
• 4+ years experience working as a Security Engineer / Application Security Analyst
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
