Lucid Software is seeking a Deal Strategy Analyst for its Revenue Operations team in Amsterdam. The role involves collaborating with senior management to support customers and sales representatives throughout Lucid's sales process. - Act as the primary point of contact for the sales team in the quote to billing process.
- Work closely with Deal Strategy, Order Management, Renewals and Commission teams.
- Review and approve quotes and contracts for accuracy.
- Create, revise, and review all quotes and contracts requests.
- Ensure compliance with sales and business approval policies.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of licensing models.
- Become a subject matter expert for Lucid’s business rules.
- Drive process improvements to enhance sales rep experience.
- Drive, lead, and guide approaches to deal strategy and appropriate billing structures.
- Work cross-functionally with all departments.
- Advocate and partner with internal organizations.
- BA/BS degree.
- 1+ years of Deal Desk or Sales experience in a SaaS company.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand and follow complex processes.
- Positive attitude and willingness to adapt.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working cross-departmentally.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
