Job Description

Wrike is seeking a Renewals Specialist to manage the renewal lifecycle for SMB customers. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely and successful renewals while expanding the current customer base. The Renewals Specialist will collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Business Systems teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a subject matter expert on renewal processes and tools.
  • Collaborating with Account Managers on complex renewal scenarios.
  • Keeping customers updated with the latest terms and conditions.
  • Drafting detailed order forms and quotes.
  • Managing contract renewals 120 days prior to renewal.
  • Maintaining accurate forecasting for assigned renewals.
  • Explaining the renewal process, timelines, and expectations to customers.
  • Maintaining account and opportunity data quality in Salesforce.
  • Addressing overdue invoices and coordinating with Finance and Customer Success.
  • Developing and updating functional processes and supporting materials.

Wrike requires candidates to have:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Renewals, Account Management, Customer Success, or Customer Operations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage high volumes of activities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and understanding of subscription-based renewals.
  • A process-oriented mindset focused on efficiency improvement.
  • Experience with business programs, particularly Salesforce and CPQ.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
