Job Description
Vaco is seeking an Associate, Business Development, for their Kansas City location. This role focuses on generating sales, increasing revenue, and establishing client relationships. The Associate will collaborate with recruiters to fulfill job orders and work with stakeholders to deliver projects effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain target lists, developing client relationships.
  • Conduct prospecting activities.
  • Generate new job orders weekly.
  • Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
  • Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity.
  • Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill open positions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 0 to 18 months technology sales or staffing experience.
  • Active member of the IT community, networking groups a plus.

The role offers:
  • Hybrid/Remote option may be considered with Management approval.
