Associate, Business Development (Salt Lake City)

Job Description

Vaco is seeking a Business Development Associate to join their team in Salt Lake City. This role focuses on generating sales, increasing revenue, and building client relationships. The Associate will collaborate with recruiters to fulfill job orders and work with business stakeholders to deliver projects.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain client relationships.
• Conduct prospecting activities.
• Generate new job orders weekly.
• Manage job orders from intake to fulfillment.
• Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity and information.
• Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill open positions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or 0 to 18 months technology sales or staffing experience.
• Active member of the IT community, networking groups a plus.
