Vaco is seeking a Senior Associate, Business Development to generate sales and increase revenue. This role involves establishing and developing client relationships and collaborating with recruiters to fulfill job orders. The Senior Associate will collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to plan and deliver projects effectively.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain target client lists.
Conduct prospecting activities (calls, emails, social media, meetings).
Generate new job orders weekly.
Manage new and open job orders.
Utilize Bullhorn to log activity.
Collaborate with teammates.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree and/or 0 to 18 months of sales or staffing experience.
Active member of the IT community and networking groups (plus).
