Vaco is seeking a Senior Associate, Business Development to join their team in Salt Lake City. Vaco is an uncommon company with an empowered culture.

The Senior Associate, Business Development will be responsible for generating sales, increasing revenue and profitability. They will establish and develop client relationships and work with recruiters to fulfill open job orders.

The role involves:

  • Establishing and maintaining target lists and developing client relationships.
  • Conducting prospecting activities (phone calls, email, social media, in-person meetings).
  • Generating new job orders weekly.
  • Managing new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
  • Utilizing Bullhorn to log all activity and information.
  • Collaborating with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill open positions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 0 to 18 months technology sales or staffing experience required.
  • Active member of the IT community, networking groups a plus.
