Senior Manager, Design

Job Description

SurveyMonkey is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Design to lead a team of designers in shaping product solutions for their SaaS platform. The Senior Manager will provide leadership and strategic vision.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers.
• Engage in hands-on design work.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Lead the design strategy, ensuring user-centered and scalable designs.
• Advocate for design system adoption.
• Use data and analytics to drive design decisions.

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience in product design
• 5-8 years of experience leading and managing design teams.
• Experience leading product design for complex B2B2C SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in UX/UI design.
• Experience leveraging design systems.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Experience leveraging data for design decisions.
• Experience designing experiences that are responsive across multiple device types and viewport sizes
• Experience designing for products with AI and API integrations
