Job Description
CookUnity is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, GTM, to drive growth through direct-to-consumer channels. The Growth Marketing Manager will play a critical role in bringing limited-time offers, meal collections, and creative campaigns to market, shaping how we introduce new culinary experiences and drive customer demand.Responsibilities include:
- Orchestrating supply and demand dynamics.
- Developing and executing GTM strategies.
- Improving marketplace liquidity.
- Launching and iterating on limited-time promotions.
- Partnering with creative teams.
- Creating business cases.
- Defining and implementing key performance metrics.
- Owning the end-to-end execution of demand-generation strategies.
- Enhancing customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Acting as a strategic thought partner.
- Continuously optimizing GTM execution.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5-8+ years of experience in growth marketing, product growth, business strategy, or go-to-market execution.
- Proven experience in a marketplace, e-commerce, or meal subscription business preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in building and executing GTM strategies.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence leaders.
- Experience launching and optimizing limited-time offers.
- Background in pricing strategies, promotional mechanics, and creative marketing execution preferred.
- High EQ and strong communication skills.
- Strong bias for action, execution, and ownership.
