ClinChoice is seeking a Business Development Director to join their team in the Netherlands. This role is responsible for generating new leads and securing new business from pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and consumer health companies. The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling full CRO services.He/she will be part of making a difference in peoples' lives and experience a fulfilling and rewarding career!Role involves:
  • Identifying, assessing, and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Developing actionable account plans based on client's business challenges.
  • Contributing to the refinement of the company's business development approach.
  • Exceeding revenue targets aligned with company growth objectives.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of sales and account management experience selling.
  • Previous experience selling CRO full services.
  • Established network of decision-makers in the life-sciences industry.
  • Experience selling to, presenting to, and building relationships with senior management and C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing complex business deals.
  • Persuasive presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret business challenges and present high-level solutions.
  • Deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple engagements.
  • Positive employer and client references.
  • BA, MBA, or equivalent experience.
