ClinChoice, a global full-service CRO, is seeking a Business Development Director in France. The individual will be responsible for generating new leads and securing new business from pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and consumer health companies. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires prior experience in CRO sales.
    The role involves:
  • Identifying, assessing, and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Developing actionable account plans based on client's business challenges.
  • Contributing to the refinement of the company's business development approach.
  • Exceeding revenue targets aligned with the company's growth objectives.
    Requirements:
  • 6+ years of sales and account management experience selling.
  • Previous experience selling CRO full services is mandatory.
  • Established network of decision-makers in the life-sciences industry.
  • Experience selling to and building relationships with senior management.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Persuasive presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret business challenges and present solutions.
  • Deadline-driven with ability to manage multiple engagements.
  • BA, MBA, or equivalent experience.
