Digital Merchandising Intern

Job Description

Alo is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Digital Merchandising Intern to join their team in Beverly Hills, CA. This internship offers hands-on experience in optimizing product placement, curating assortments, and driving online sales. The intern will work alongside cross-functional teams, gaining valuable insights into digital strategy and contributing to the overall success of Alo's online business. The internship program runs from June 9th to August 1st, with interns working 40 hours a week at the Beverly Hills HQ.

Responsibilities:

• Manage product launches and site updates.
• Optimize product sorting algorithms.
• Assist in the curation of collections and product assortments.
• Support the merchandising team with product categorization and content updates.
• Monitor site performance metrics and analyze customer behavior.
• Implement merchandising strategies to improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with digital marketing, creative, and product teams.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proactive & driven, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms or analytical tools is a plus.
• Analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills.
• Passion for e-commerce, digital marketing, and the fashion industry.
