FP&A Intern

Job Description

This is an FP&A Internship at Alo. The intern will support the finance team by analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes. This 8-week internship program is based in Beverly Hills HQ.

Responsibilities:

• Help create and maintain budget models and assist in forecasting revenue and expenses.
• Collect, analyze, and present financial data from various business channels.
• Assist in explaining variances between actual and budgeted financial performance.
• Help identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes and reporting systems.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as requested by senior management or other departments.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial data.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Basic knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly and concisely.
