Supply Chain Intern

Job Description

Alo is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to assist their supply chain team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about fashion and supply chain operations to gain real-world experience and contribute to the success of a growing brand. The internship program starts June 9th and ends August 1st, with interns working 40 hours a week at the Commerce office.

Responsibilities:

• Help track orders, manage inventory, and ensure timely product delivery.
• Update and maintain records for shipments, inventory, and production schedules.
• Support the team in contacting suppliers to check on order status and handle delays.
• Assist in organizing the flow of products from suppliers to warehouses.
• Help identify areas to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Keep purchase orders, invoices, and other supply chain files organized.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a BA in Fashion Business Management or a related field.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
• Natural self-starter and problem solver with a growth mindset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A team first mentality with a positive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail, good communication, and basic Excel skills.

What the Role Offers:

• The compensation for this position is $25 per hour.
