Raw Material Intern

Job Description

Alo is seeking a Raw Material Development Intern to join their team in Commerce, California. This internship, running from June 9th to August 1st, offers hands-on experience in organizing and optimizing their fabric library, ensuring materials are accessible and well-documented for the RMID team. The intern will work 40 hours per week onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the restructuring of the fabric library to improve accessibility and efficiency.
• Organizing, cataloging, and maintaining physical and digital material records.
• Assisting in creating a user-friendly system for tracking material attributes, test data, and critical details.
• Collaborating with RM Developers to ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry.

Requirements:

• Current student pursuing a degree in Textiles, Fashion, or a related field.
• Passion for fabric/material development.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel; PLM system experience is a plus.
