Alo is seeking a Retail Operations & Communications Intern to support their Retail Operations team. The intern will gain experience in store communications, operational processes, and cross-functional collaboration. Alo believes in in-office collaboration to build strong teams and cross-functional relationships, requiring this position to be full time in office.
Responsibilities: - Assisting in creating and distributing engaging store communication materials.
- Organizing and maintaining the store communications library.
- Supporting the rollout of new retail operations programs, and ensuring smooth execution.
- Gathering feedback from stores to improve processes.
- Helping ensure key retail operations resources are clear, accessible, and up to date.
Requirements: - Currently pursuing a BA in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
- Comfortable working with Powerpoint and Graphic Design tools such as Canva.
- Interest in retail operations, communication and problem-solving.
