Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Northpark Center

Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a Part-Time Operations Associate for their Northpark Center location in Dallas, TX. This role is essential for driving profitability and efficiency within the store team. The Operations Associate will collaborate closely with the Operations & Visual Management team.

Role involves:

• Executing inventory management processes, focusing on accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Investigating and resolving inventory accuracy issues.
• Supporting key operational functions such as shipment, receiving, and floor set updates.
• Maintaining strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Ensuring a safe work environment and efficient stockroom operations.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team and guests
• Executing company-level operations-focused directives, projects and initiates

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment .
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, kneel, climb, and stand for an entire shift.
• Passion for customer service.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results.
