Job Description
Alo Yoga is seeking an Operations Lead for their store in Palm Desert, California. The Operations Lead will be a critical member of the store leadership team, responsible for driving profitability and efficiency through effective inventory management, visual standards, and team leadership. This role requires a dynamic individual who can balance operational tasks with team development and guest experience.

Role involves:
  • Leading and executing inventory management
  • Investigating and resolving inventory accuracy issues
  • Managing key operational functions (shipping, receiving, floor sets)
  • Championing visual standards on the sales floor
  • Maintaining stockroom standards
  • Overseeing Operations Associates recruitment and performance

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment
  • Proven leadership and decision-making skills
  • Receptiveness to feedback and eagerness to provide it
  • High energy and enthusiasm
  • Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
