Alo Yoga is seeking an Operations Lead for their store in Palm Desert, California. The Operations Lead will be a critical member of the store leadership team, responsible for driving profitability and efficiency through effective inventory management, visual standards, and team leadership. This role requires a dynamic individual who can balance operational tasks with team development and guest experience.

Role involves: - Leading and executing inventory management
- Investigating and resolving inventory accuracy issues
- Managing key operational functions (shipping, receiving, floor sets)
- Championing visual standards on the sales floor
- Maintaining stockroom standards
- Overseeing Operations Associates recruitment and performance
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment
- Proven leadership and decision-making skills
- Receptiveness to feedback and eagerness to provide it
- High energy and enthusiasm
- Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
