Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Stanford Shopping Centre Palo Alto

Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for their Stanford Shopping Centre location in Palo Alto. This role focuses on achieving store sales goals and setting the Alo experience standard by creating authentic connections with customers through product education and community engagement.

The Sales Associate will be responsible for:

• Driving sales and exceeding goals through Alo's Flow initiatives.
• Ensuring customer engagement and providing a friendly shopping environment.
• Building client relationships and educating guests on product features, benefits, and company culture.
• Assisting in visual merchandising, shipment processing, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Qualifications for this position include:

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Passion for customer service
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work up to 30 hours per week, including the holiday blackout period.
