Visual Lead - Gardens at El Paseo

Alo Yoga is seeking a Visual Lead to maximize store sales and profitability through visual merchandising, partnering with the Visual Manager. The Visual Lead will support store operations by managing key functions such as shipment processing, sales floor recovery, and floor set updates. They will strategically present products, execute visual direction, and utilize reporting tools to identify business opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing execution of key operational functions
• Maintaining strategic product presentation and merchandising
• Planning visual floor changes with the management team
• Executing and maintaining visual direction
• Utilizing reporting tools to identify business opportunities
• Partnering with Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, and inventory control
• Leading by example and inspiring staff in daily operations
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure business execution

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision-making skills

• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results
