Job Description
Twilio is seeking a Staff Analyst, Security Risk Management to join their Security Risk Management program. This role is crucial for enhancing the company's security risk posture and preparing stakeholders for certification activities. The Security Risk Analyst will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to spot cyber risks across Twilio. They will ensure risk methodologies are effective and meet regulations and industry standards. This position offers career growth within Twilio's risk practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the One Twilio Risk Management program.
  • Develop and maintain risk registers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for control mechanisms.
  • Assess risk mitigation strategies and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare risk reports for senior leadership.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze risk data and create predictive models.
  • Develop ad-hoc reports for decision-making.
  • Coordinate with auditors for compliance.
  • Provide risk management training.
  • Participate in policy and framework development.
  • Enhance organizational risk culture.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Risk Management experience.
  • Experience implementing risk frameworks like NIST, COSO, or ISO 31000.
  • Strong ability to identify and analyze risks.
  • Proven experience managing risk assessments and compliance programs.
  • 3+ years of working with technical security and Engineering / IT.
  • Broad understanding of security domains.
  • Biased towards automation and tooling.
  • Excellent communication skills.
