Remote is seeking a Payroll Specialist Lead to join their Global Payroll Operations Team. This role is based in Germany and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in the global employment space. The Payroll Specialist Lead will manage payroll processes, ensure data integrity, and contribute to process improvements. They will also mentor and support payroll specialists and back up regional managers.

Requirements:
- Payroll management or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of payroll best practices.
- Proficiency in using software tools like SAP, Excel / Google Sheet.
- An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment.
- Fluent English.
