Job Description
Alo Yoga is offering an MBA Internship for ambitious students to contribute to impactful digital strategy projects. The intern will work closely with other teams and present finding to senior leadership. This internship offers hands-on experience and exposure to strategic decision-making in a fast-paced digital setting.
- Analyzing and recommending improvements for customer retention and engagement
- Evaluating and optimizing the integration of online and in-store customer journeys
- Developing go-to-market strategies for new global markets
- Identifying opportunities to improve user experience and maximize conversion rates on the e-commerce platform
- Assessing freight and fulfillment processes to identify efficiencies and cost optimization opportunities.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, E-Commerce, Growth, and Operations.
- Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives, working closely with teams to support project delivery and measure impact.
- Develop strategic frameworks and business cases to support high-impact initiatives.
- Monitor and report on progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an MBA from a top-tier university.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and analyze complex business problems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Passion for digital strategy, e-commerce, and customer experience.
