Lucid Motors is seeking a (Sr.) Service Technician to join their team in Zurich. The technician will be responsible for the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of Lucid Motors vehicles.
The technician will work effectively with the appropriate software environment to properly and fully document all interactions with customer vehicles. They will also have direct customer contact and good communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of Lucid Motors vehicles
- Working effectively with the appropriate software environment
- Direct customer contact and communication
- Processing of quality assurance measures
- Customer service tasks
Requirements:
- 5+ years of work experience
- Experience in diagnosing and repairing electric vehicles
- Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician
- English B2 or advanced
- Knowledge of common vehicle technology
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Good self-organization
- Ability to work independently
- Team player
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
- High willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license up to 3.5t
