IT Systems Administrator

VGW, an interactive entertainment company, is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to join their Technology team in Perth. The IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of VGW's core IT systems. The candidate will manage and optimize environments across MacOS, Windows Server, Linux, and the cloud to drive operational efficiency and support continued growth.

Role Involves:

• Managing and optimising enterprise-level server environments across Windows and Linux systems.
• Designing and implementing system performance monitoring processes.
• Supporting the implementation of IT security best practices.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure IT services align with business needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in systems administration and network management.
• Skilled in managing SaaS platforms, including onboarding, integration, and identity access management (IAM) systems.
• Hands-on experience with network administration, including firewalls, VPNs, and networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs).
• Good knowledge of identity management systems such as Okta.
• Experienced in managing global IT infrastructure and enterprise IT systems across MacOS, Windows Server, Linux, and cloud environments, with a focus on security.
• Collaborative team player who is continuously learning and developing skills.
