iCapital is seeking an Associate for the Asset Manager Solutions EMEA team, based in Zurich. The role will contribute to iCapital’s international expansion strategy in the region, supporting business development and relationship management with Asset Managers operating in EMEA. This position offers an opportunity for an ambitious professional to join a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment.
    Responsibilities:
  • Support the Asset Manager Solutions team in EMEA and US in executing the business development strategy with a focus on Asset Managers
  • Support the Head of Asset Manager Solutions, based in Zurich, with business management, planning and execution
  • Organise and support a robust and sustainable pipeline of prospective clients
  • Nurture strong relationships with existing clients, bringing a solutions-oriented mindset and client-first approach
  • Create materials to educate clients on iCapital’s solutions and capabilities
  • Provide constant feedback from the field on competitive landscape, investors’ appetite, trends and share with colleagues globally
  • Build strong internal relationships within iCapital and work closely with other teams to achieve the best client outcomes and successful long-term client relationships
    Qualifications:
  • Solid academic credentials
  • 2-5 years of solid work experience in the Asset Management industry
  • Able project manager and ability to organise and structure a multi-faceted workload
  • Skilled in commercial and operational management and execution
  • Entrepreneurial approach to managing projects with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills
  • Highly collaborative, and able to think strategically about business opportunities and client management
  • Ability to work independently with a strong appetite to work in a fast growing, entrepreneurial environment, self-motivated, with a hands-on attitude
  • Fluency in English required
