Cordros Asset Management Limited is seeking an Equity Trader to manage trade execution and optimize portfolio performance. The role involves executing trades, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements to maximize returns.

Responsibilities:

• Execute buy and sell orders for equities across local and international markets.
• Monitor stock market trends and economic indicators.
• Develop and implement trading strategies.
• Maintain understanding of equity markets and macroeconomic factors.
• Utilize analytical models and market research tools.
• Ensure best execution practices and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with research analysts and portfolio managers.
• Maintain relationships with brokers and institutional clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of trading experience in equities.
• Experience executing trades on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NGX).
• Familiarity with equity research and risk management techniques.
• Experience with Bloomberg, Reuters, or other trading platforms.
• Knowledge of equity markets and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
