The ICONIC is looking for a CRM Specialist to join their Engagement Marketing Team. This team drives customer engagement and sales through owned channels like email, SMS, and push notifications, and manages personalized customer experiences on the website and mobile app. The CRM Specialist will report to the Engagement Marketing Manager and support the team's day-to-day operations.
Role responsibilities include:
- Assisting in briefing, building, and managing CRM content using Braze
- Optimizing key CRM campaigns and strategies
- Preparing weekly CRM reports with performance insights
- Supporting the development of content and offer strategies
- Coordinating with other departments
- Assisting with ad hoc strategic projects
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in CRM/Loyalty or managing data-driven communications
- Experience with CRM platforms preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Legal right to work in Australia
