Senior Production Officer

CASETiFY, a leading global lifestyle brand offering customizable tech accessories, is seeking a Senior Production Officer for its Clyde North production site in Melbourne, Victoria. This role is integral to managing the production site, maximizing output and efficiency, and participating in improvement projects.

The Senior Production Officer will supervise site operations to achieve company objectives, monitor production processes including printing, assembly, picking, and packing, and ensure operational efficiency. They will also address production-related issues, monitor outsourced service provider performance, and ensure inventory accuracy.

Role Involves:

• Organizing and supervising site operations.
• Monitoring production processes.
• Ensuring operational efficiency.
• Solving or reporting production problems.
• Monitoring performance of outsourced service providers.
• Implementing SOPs and making suggestions.
• Performing staff training, team support, and coaching.

Requirements:

• Tertiary Education/Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or other related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in production/operations management.
