The Account Director at Diligent is responsible for driving revenue growth within existing and new accounts. This role focuses on larger, complex accounts and longer sales cycles.

As a key member of the team, the Account Director's success is measured by increasing product adoption among existing customers, transitioning them to the Diligent One platform, and selling the Diligent One Platform to new customers. This individual contributor manages pipeline, forecasts accurately, and leads the strategic execution of account plans.

Role Involves:

  • Prospecting new and existing business.
  • Adopting a ‘solutions’ selling approach.
  • Expanding strategic customer relationships.
  • Gathering feedback on additional needs.
  • Developing strategic business/account plans.
  • Managing the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Maintaining SFDC records.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of proven track record in account management.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with Senior leaders..
  • Continuous learning and Industry knowledge.
  • Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
