Eucalyptus, an Australian digital healthcare company, is seeking a passionate General Practitioner to join their team and support Australians with chronic conditions, specifically focusing on weight and men's health. Eucalyptus aims to revolutionise healthcare by making it more exciting and accessible, and this role is crucial in achieving that mission.

The GP will be part of Eucalyptus online medical support network of qualified specialists. They can work remotely or from the Sydney office for a minimum of 15 hours per week.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting telehealth consultations, assessing, screening, diagnosing, and prescribing medication.
  • Adhering to platform guidelines and policies, completing required training.
  • Providing exceptional clinical experience with prompt and empathetic care.

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizen / Australian Permanent Resident / Temporary Resident
  • FRACGP/FACRRM with full general and specialist AHPRA registration and full General Registration with the Medical Board of Australia
  • Ability to obtain a provider number for pathology testing only (no MBS attendance item numbers)
  • Valid medical indemnity insurance.
  • Proficiency in using technology for care delivery and communication.
  • Strong referral decision-making skills and ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Excellent communication skills with patients, health professionals, and team members.
