Eucalyptus is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their team and provide remote consultations to patients across Australia. Responsibilities:
- Conduct telehealth consultations with patients, including diagnosis and medication prescription.
- Provide ongoing clinical support and address medical issues.
- Contribute to the development of improved care models and patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Qualified Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA registration (without restrictions).
- Experience in primary care conditions; telehealth experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in navigating digital applications for clinical practice.
- Ability to make timely and accurate referral decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare professionals.
