Eucalyptus is seeking a Payroll Analyst in Manila, Philippines. Eucalyptus is an Australian-founded digital healthcare company focused on solving global healthcare challenges. The Payroll Analyst will contribute to strategic projects and collaborate with various teams to deliver data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly and yearly leave provision reconciliation, reports, and forecast.
  • Calculate monthly intercompany payroll cost allocations and reconcile intercompany headcount cost recharge invoices.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated compensation and benefits reports.
  • Build and maintain live headcount planning reports.
  • Contribute to strategic projects such as WGEA reporting and gender pay gap analysis.
  • Analyse headcount costs and conduct scenario analysis.
  • Complete month-end payroll accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Review payroll-related accounts in P&L and Balance Sheet reports.
  • Collaborate with Analytics and People Teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Gather, consolidate, and cleanse payroll and employee data.
  • Support payroll processing and coordinate with external vendors.
  • Assist the finance team with month-end tasks and account reconciliations.
  • Support year-end payroll audits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analysis, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Finance and Business Analyst, Compensation Analyst, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or other data visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communicator with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong accounting skills related to the GL/Financial statements and reconciliations.
