Job Description
Remote is seeking a Senior People Partner to join their People team and support the company's extraordinary growth in the EMEA region. This individual contributor will focus on employee relations, leadership coaching, and contributing to the creation of resources and programs for employees. Responsibilities:
  • Act as a partner and coach to leadership.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues.
  • Contribute to initiatives and strategies to support organizational growth.
  • Serve as a resource for internal employees.
  • Collaborate with colleagues globally.
  • Partner with leaders on topics such as leadership, organizational design, and performance management.
  • Own and execute the global offboarding process.
  • Mentor fellow People team members.
  • Analyze people data and trends.
  • Be an ambassador of Remote's Handbook.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a People team, with experience in a People Partner capacity, supporting a global organization.
  • Commitment to encouraging Remote's values.
  • Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to support and influence across all departments.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
