Senior Product Manager

Karya is seeking a Senior Product Manager to scale and manage its digital work platform. This role involves owning the strategy and end-to-end lifecycle of the platform, designing experiments to raise performance, collecting feedback, and launching new features to distribute increasingly complex tasks at scale. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and sales teams to deliver on the product roadmap.

Role involves:

• Defining and driving the product strategy for Karya’s digital work platform.
• Measuring and improving usability of the platform for all key stakeholders.
• Measuring key performance metrics and designing experiments to continuously improve throughput.
• Building systems and tools to track, analyze, and optimize key metrics.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on the product roadmap.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in gig economy, marketplace, or workforce automation domains is highly preferred.
• Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams on technical trade-offs.
• A strong analytical mindset with a passion for data.
• Demonstrated experience in building and scaling marketplace products.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
